Packages

We offer a range of tailored and flexible packages so you are able to choose the most suitable option for your event, guests and budget. Your guests can pay for their drinks as they go; you could provide a pre-paid bar or maybe just put an amount behind the bar which and revert to a cash bar later in the event. We serve you – any way you want it!

PAY AS YOU GO

Uncomplicated and straightforward like a normal pub. Your guests pay for their own drinks (wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks and teas/coffees) by cash or card. Normally known as a cash bar.

OPEN/FREE BAR

Your guests won’t pay for a drink when you offer a free bar. As the organiser, you either pay a fixed cost or run a tab for the duration of the event. Guests pay nothing for their drinks.

COMBINATION

Start with an amount prepaid and then revert to Pay As You Go (cash bar) when the money is accounted for. Maybe offer a drink per guest to start with - then the guests pay for their own drinks.

Our Standard Service Always Includes:

Securing your chosen date and delivery of Doc Maxwell’s Drinks Trailer to your venue – 6 hour service
Setting up for your service
Professional staff to serve your guests
Disposable glassware
Assistance obtaining Alcohol licenses – Temporary Event Notice as required
We accept cash and technology to accept all cards, Google and Apply Pay.
No Hire Fee.
Deposit goes to spend allocation.
Full bar hire for the duration of your event.
Full insurance including comprehensive public liability insurance cover.

A Bespoke and Unique Experience

After the booking fee has been confirmed, we can work out the finer details of your event, for example what drinks you would like on the menu.

We have a standard drinks menu which we work towards for all events, however we have fabulous suppliers that can source drinks you require to accommodate your event at a low cost.

Our entire drink selection is always available, which includes draught and bottled beer and cider, wine, Prosecco, a huge selection of spirits, cocktails and a wide range of soft drinks.
